Why I created Your Receptionist
I've spent many years working closely with tradespeople and small businesses, and I've seen the same pattern again and again: the phone rings while you're up a ladder at a gutter, under a sink or in the middle of a job – and the call is lost. Not because you don't want to talk to the customer, but because you can't be in two places at once.
That experience is why I helped create Your Receptionist. Not as a replacement for you, but as a colleague who answers the phone when you can't – politely, calmly and in English, every time.
I build and maintain the service myself, which means I know it down to the smallest detail. When you call me, you're not talking to a support department – you're talking to the person behind it.
