50% off Your Receptionist for Danish businesses — whether you prepay 6 months or 2 years

25% discount from Your Receptionist

50% total saving

The discount from Your Receptionist is 25%, however many months you prepay — minimum 6 months and up to 2 years. The rate is the same throughout, but the more months you prepay, the bigger the total saving, because the discount is calculated on the full prepaid amount.

The state's 25% comes from the Danish SME:Digital investment support for prepaid software/subscriptions and requires that you receive a grant approval.

Unused minutes at the end of the period are refunded or carried over to an extension — you only pay for what you actually use.

Valid until 26 October 2026. The prepayment can be refunded if your business does not receive a grant approval.

Up to DKK 250,000 (~£29,000) in possible grant funding for the project

Clarify your needs and check the requirements

What you need to do:

  • ✓ Count how many calls you typically miss or can't answer in a week
  • ✓ Write one clear purpose: "We want Your Receptionist to answer calls 24/7, book appointments automatically and avoid losing customers"
  • ✓ Check that you have a Danish CVR (company registration) number
  • ✓ Check that you have a maximum of 249 employees
  • ✓ Check that your turnover is max. €50 million, or balance sheet max. €43 million
  • ✓ Check that less than 25% of your income comes from public subsidies (clinics with a Danish public health insurance provider number are typically not eligible)
  • ✓ Check that you haven't received more than approx. DKK 2 million (~£230,000) in de minimis aid in the last 3 years
  • ✓ Check that you don't already have an open SME:Digital project running

If you meet all of these, you're ready to apply.

Please note: The grant scheme formally requires an adviser to be registered or a market survey to be carried out in the application system — this is a requirement from SME:Digital, not something you opt into. We've removed the extra, optional sparring meeting with your local Danish business hub (Erhvervshus), as it only lengthens the process unnecessarily.
